Now Hiring: Customer Service Representative

MISys, Inc., a Vermont ESOP and leading developer of manufacturing software, is looking to add an experienced Customer Service representative to our team of Employee Owners. Customer Service is the nexus of our company and provides both telephone and email support to our customers and employees. Position is hybrid with the possibility of 100% remote for the right person. The ideal candidate would be a master communicator (both written and verbal), have proficiency with Microsoft Office and at least 7 years’ experience. Knowledge of Sugar CRM and QBO is a plus. Previous experience working remotely with a designated office space is a must.

Salary: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
